六面外观检测机是由标谱自主研发的用于LED、被动元器件等其规则产品外观缺陷检测的自动化设备。本机器采用运动控制采集卡，由振动盘经过导向块使材料整齐的排列到高透玻璃转盘上，并匀速经过6个高速相机进行产品6个面的图片拍照采集，运用深度学习及AI算法将OK和NG材料识别分类，最后由高速电磁阀吹到相应的收料盒完成全自动检检测。

         The machine adopts motion control acquisition card, through the vibration disk through the guide block to make the material orderly arranged on the high-permeability glass turntable, and through the 6 high-speed cameras at a constant speed to take pictures of the 6 faces of the product, the use of deep learning and AI algorithm to identify and classify OK and NG materials, and finally blow through the high-speed solenoid valve to the corresponding receiving box to complete automatic inspection.
